Polyphasic Sleep

At first, I wasn’t too sure about how I wanted to organize this page. And as a matter of fact, I’m still not. But what I’ve realized is that, lately, many of my posts have been directed solely in regards to polyphasic sleep. Yet, this blog is meant to serve as an account of the efforts I put into having the life I desire in general – and polyphasic sleep is just a small part of those efforts.
For this reason, I thought I should provide a source of recollection for all those people who’d like a more direct access to my polyphasic experiences. This way, I can resume my other topics, and they can still find easily the information they need.
I will therefore provide several things on this page. Of course, the links to my updates on polyphasic sleep. But also, I will, in the near future, post the main lessons I’ve learnt from my experiment, hopefully turning this into a basic “how to” guide for all that need a quick jumpstart.
