I have a particular affinity toward moleskins, Nietzsche, and fountain pens. I also enjoy cappuccinos, The Economist, dancing, B&W photography, Kafka, electronic music, philosophy, kickbox, Paulo Coelho, black (color), and politics. And of course, blogging. That's where BohemianTranscendence comes in: this blog is not only the recount of personal experiences, emotions, and thoughts, but also an exploration of the passion hidden behind our desire for life.

…that you are happy, despite everything.
Yesterday, around 5:30pm, with myself starving and expecting a hungry husband coming home, I went out for some groceries. On my list: a bottle of zero-calorie Steaz sparkling tea. Blueberry pomegranate, of course. After a hard day, I needed some guilt-free comfort.

I wrote this post last Thursday… due to reasons you’ll most probably guess, I was too “distracted” to post it any sooner. Expect a Part 2 with updates on the vacation which, unfortunately, ended yesterday night.

-.-.-

By the time you will be reading this, my husband and I will have arrived for a week of well-deserved vacation in Maui. Yes! I had mentioned this get-away before, and here it is finally! I’m expecting the… [Read more.]

It’s been just over two weeks since my last post and probably quite the time I update you with some news. However, before I do that, I’ve decided to first share with you some thoughts I’ve meant to write about for a while already.
Those are “random” thoughts I’ve had emerging here and there, out of nowhere, at no particular time. Nothing too complete, as those reflections have been provoked by my interactions with various individuals over… [Read more.]
